I’m a Covington kid whose story
has never followed a straight line.
I grew up learning early that where you come from can shape you—but it doesn’t have to define where you’re going. Through unexpected turns, setbacks, growth, and a whole lot of figuring life out along the way, I’ve learned that purpose isn’t about having everything mapped out.
It’s about recognizing what’s already inside of you
and having the courage to live it.

What began as a podcast and a place for authentic conversations has grown alongside me. Today, it's become the message behind the stories I tell, the conversations I have, and the book I've written.
